At what time is it possible to check in?
At Daniela Hotel check-in time is at 2 p.m. We would be happy to anticipate the time, in case the room is ready earlier, for an extra charge of € 20,00. If you arrive in the evening, after 7 p.m., we kindly ask you to inform us.
Is it possible to check in online?
Yes, it’s possible to check in online before the arrival by filling in the required data in the email that will be sent automatically 2 days before the arrival date.
What time is check-out scheduled?
At Daniela Hotel, check-out is at 10 a.m. During the low season, it’s possible to use the Late Check out service: subject to room availability, on the day of departure, you can leave your room in the afternoon, with an extra charge of € 40,00.
What are the payment methods?
The payment for your stay can be made in cash, by debit card or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, American Express, Eurocard). We kindly ask our guests to settle their bill the evening before the departure.
Is a deposit required to book the stay?
Yes, in order to confirm/guarantee a reservation at our hotel, a deposit of 30% of the estimated amount for the entire stay, a telephone number (preferably a mobile phone number) and the estimated time of arrival (approximately) are required.

As a reason for the transfer we kindly ask you to specify the holder of the reservation and the period of stay.
Confirmatory deposit by credit card
The following information is required for the withdrawal of the deposit by credit card:
- Card type
- Card number
- Expiry date
- Card holder
In certain periods, at the discretion of the hotel, credit card details may only be used to guarantee the reservation. The credit card may also be subject to a pre- authorisation procedure to guarantee the reservation.

Until when is it possible to cancel a reservation?
The hotel reserves the right to cancel/modify the booking within 24 h after confirmation. The cancellation conditions also apply if the rooms are partially or completely re-let.
How can I cancel my booking?
If your holiday has to be cancelled for any reason, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org oppure telefonare allo 0342 996714. For online bookings via our website, enter the booking code on the “Booking” page and proceed with the cancellation yourself.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Depending on the high or low season there are different cancellation conditions, which are always characterised by maximum flexibility and availability.

- A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total booked services is required.
- In case of cancellation after the deadline (depending on the season) the 100% penalty is applied.
- No-show and early departure are subject to a penalty of 100% of the booked services.

Is breakfast included in the accommodation rate?
Yes, at Daniela Hotel the reservation includes overnight stay in the chosen room and breakfast.
What does breakfast include and until what time is it provided?
Our breakfast is characterised by a rich sweet/savoury, hot/cold buffet to satisfy every need. Special attention is paid to organic, dietetic and gluten-intolerant people, as well as to lovers of genuine, local products and those in need of an energy breakfast. Finally, in our buffet you will also find a corner with TAS'T products from the Livigno tradition. The breakfast service is available in our hotel from 7.45 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Is it possible to choose the room for the stay?
Yes, it’s possible to reserve a room category, but not a specific room number or floor number; however, we will do our best to meet your requests.
Is it possible to add an extra bed in the room?
The addition of beds/cribs is only possible in some rooms and incurs the following surcharges:
- Cot for children under 3 years: € 10,00 per day
- Cot for children up to 5/6 years (140cm length): € 25,00 per day
- Adult bed: € 35,00 per day
Are animals allowed in the Hotel?
In our Hotel your medium and small size four-legged friends are welcome, with only € 8,00 extra per day.
What “room services” do you offer?
Among the Daniela Hotel “extra services”, you can surprise your sweetheart with a romantic bouquet of flowers, by paying a supplement of € 20,00; or you can enjoy a delicious TAS'T platter of cold meats and cheeses in the privacy of your room, savouring the true soul of Livigno tradition, with an extra charge of €10,00.
Is the private parking included in the rate?
Yes, the private parking in front of the hotel is included in the price.
Is it possible to use the covered garage?
The covered garage is subject to a charge (€ 10,00 per day) and must be reserved.
Is there a lift in the Hotel?
The Daniela Hotel doesn’t have a lift, but we offer our guests the possibility of daily fitness training, which is included in the price of the stay.
Does the Hotel have Wi-Fi?
Yes, among our services you will find free Wi- Fi in the rooms and throughout the hotel.
What services does the Hotel offer?

How can I reach the Hotel?
Daniela Hotel is located in the heart of Livigno, on the main street, in the limited traffic area (ZTL N.5) near the town square. On the day of arrival, you can easily reach our hotel by car, passing through the ZTL n.5 with entrance in Bondi Street, at the central roundabout of the town near the pharmacy.
During the check-in it will be necessary to communicate the car's number plate, which will be recorded in the local police system, to allow transit exclusively in the limited traffic area ZTL no. 5 with entry in Bondi Street and exit in Pienz Street for the duration of your stay. The transit permit expires on the day of departure. Obviously, as the hotel is just few steps from everything, our aim is to make you forget about your car until then.
Is the hotel well connected to the main services and restaurants in Livigno?
Our hotel provides easy access to Livigno's main attractions and activities:
For shopping enthusiasts, you can easily reach (50 metres) the main shopping street;
In 2 minutes, in winter with skis on, you can easily reach the ski lifts, the ski slopes, the ski schools, the ski pass office and the children's playground;
In summer, on the other hand, thanks to the excellent location, directly at the foot of the mountain, surrounded by tranquillity, you can enjoy direct contact with nature;
Close to the Hotel you will also find a wide choice of restaurants with tasty menus. We will be happy to help you with table reservations and we also offer half board or “a la carte” dining at affiliated restaurants or, alternatively, you can request a food delivery service directly to our hotel. There are several restaurants in Livigno that guarantee food delivery (dinner delivery to the hotel), all you have to do is order your dinner online and wait for it at the hotel at the appointed time.
At the Daniela Hotel you will also find an organised and equipped area where you can comfortably enjoy a special dinner, wrapped in a warm atmosphere with background music.
